A happy Louisville citizen, Seth graduated from St. Francis High School (currently Francis Parker) and gained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Michigan - Ann Arbor. In 2025, Seth Gladstein became a companion at Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd, Conway & Stanton, PSC, bringing with him over two decades of important experience promoting the legal rights of injured people throughout Kentucky and Indiana.

During his time at Michigan, Seth was chosen by his peers to serve on the College of Literature, Science and Arts' Student Government, in addition to working as a trainee for among Kentucky's United States Senators in Washington, D.C.
